§ 130.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person violating the provisions of § 130.07 shall be liable for a fine of not less than $5 nor more than $50 upon conviction.
   (C)   Any person who violates the provisions of § 130.10 or who fails, neglects, or refuses to comply with the notice provided in § 130.10 shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $25 nor more than $500 for each offense and each day any such violation shall continue shall constitute a separate offense. The penalty specified in this division shall be in addition to the liability for expense of towing and impoundment provided in § 130.10(H).
   (D)   The fine to be imposed for violation of § 130.14 shall be $25 for the first offense, $50 for the second offense, and no less than $75 nor greater than $500 for the third and each subsequent offense.
