§ 130.05  OFFICERS; OBSTRUCTING, IMPERSONATING.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to:
   (A)   Willfully delay, hinder, or obstruct any officer of the village, or any person aiding such officer in the discharge of any official duty, or to aid, abet, or encourage any other person to perform any of the acts above mentioned, or to neglect or refuse to obey any lawful order or directions of such officer; and/or
   (B)   To falsely represent himself or herself to be an officer of the village or without authority to exercise or attempt to exercise any of the powers and duties of any village officer, or without authority to wear any police badge of the village.
