§ 130.03  FIRE RESTRICTIONS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to:
   (A)   Burn or cause to be burned any combustible material within any street, alley, or public place in the village, or within 20 feet of any house, barn, shed, or building;
   (B)   Construct or use in any dwelling, shed, or other building in the village, any stovepipe, chimney, fireplace, flue, oven boiler, or other apparatus or fixture used for or in connection with any fire, when the same shall be in an unsafe condition;
   (C)   Knowingly make a false alarm of fire or false cry for assistance; or
   (D)   Wilfully kindle or leave any fire or to deposit or use any dangerous, combustible, or inflammable material, liquid, or substance in such manner as to cause damage or injury to any building or other property or in such manner as to endanger any building or other property.
