§ 130.02  DESTROYING BIRDS AND BIRD NESTS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, within the limits of the village, to shoot or otherwise intentionally kill or destroy, or to ensnare or otherwise capture any bluebird, swallow, martin, or other small bird, except English sparrows; or to intentionally destroy or injure the nest or eggs of any such bird.
