It shall be unlawful for any licensee for on-premises consumption under this chapter to surfer or permit any person to perform on the premises, or in any area which can be viewed from the premises, acts of or acts which simulate:
(A) Sexual intercourse, masturbation, sodomy, bestiality, oral copulation, flagellation, or any sexual acts which are prohibited by law;
(B) The touching, caressing, or fondling of the breasts, buttocks, anus, or genitals;
(C) The displaying of the pubic hair, anus, vulva or genitals; and/or
(D) To permit any person to remain in or upon the licensed premises who commits any of the acts described herein or allows another person to commit upon his or her body any of the acts described herein. (See 235 ILCS 5/4-1.)
