(A) Any person, firm, club, association, partnership, or corporation licensed by the village to sell or dispense alcoholic liquor at retail violating any provision of this chapter, with the exception of violations of §§ 115.12, 115.31, and 115.32, shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $200 for each offense, and the President may suspend any retail liquor dealer’s license up to 30 days for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day on which a violation occurs or continues.

(B) Any person failing, neglecting, or refusing to comply with § 115.12 shall forfeit and pay not less than $10 nor more than $25 for each offense.

(C) (1) The first offense of § 115.29 shall result in a fine of $300 which shall be reduced to $150 if paid to the village within 30 days immediately after the date of issuance of the citation.
(2) A second or subsequent offense of § 115.29 shall result in the officer prosecuting the offense as an alleged violation of state statutes and not as a violation of this code.
(D) If any person licensed to sell liquors as aforesaid shall refuse to permit the President or any police officer to enter into or upon his or her place of business or premises as provided in § 115.31, he or she shall, on conviction, forfeit and pay not less than $25 nor more than $100; and, in addition thereto, the license of such person may be suspended or revoked as hereinbefore provided.

(E) Any person violating any provision of § 115.32 shall be fined not less than $50 and not more than $250 for each offense.
