§ 115.02  LICENSE REQUIRED FOR RETAIL SALE OF LIQUOR.
   It shall be unlawful to sell or offer for sale at retail in the village any alcoholic liquor without having a retail liquor dealer’s license or club license, or in violation of the terms of such license.
