Upon finding that an applicant has failed to comply with the provisions of §§ 110.20 through 110.24, the Village Board may declare the Board action on behalf of such applicant void and may direct the initiation of legal action for violation which shall be punishable by fine in an amount between $25 per day and$500 per day. A separate offense shall be deemed committed for each day upon which required information was withheld.
