§ 92.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Anyone who violates any provision of this § 92.01 shall be punished by a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $500 for each offense. Each day that a violation of § 92.01 occurs shall constitute a separate violation.
   (C)   If a person, persons, firm, partnership, or corporation allows a nuisance to exist, as defined in § 92.18, and fails to abate the nuisance by removing the nuisance from the property as well as from within the village limits within the period allowed by this chapter, then, upon conviction thereof, the person, persons, firm, partnership, or corporation shall be fined not less than $150 for the first offense, $250 for the second offense, and $500 for each additional offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which the nuisance is permitted to exist.
   (D)   The penalty for a violation of § 92.26 shall be a fine of not less than $150 for the first offense, $250 for the second offense, and $500 for each additional offense. Each item or occurrence shall constitute a separate offense.
   (E)   Any driver and/or the firm or corporation for whom the driver is employed who shall violate any provisions of §§ 92.55 through 92.60 shall, upon conviction thereof, be summoned to pay a fine of $100 along with any court costs through the Woodford or Marshall County Court, respectively. Every day that a violation of §§ 92.55 through 92.60 takes place shall constitute a separate offense.
