Upon receiving notice to abate, if any person, persons, firm, partnership, or corporation corrects any and all violations under this subchapter and allows any new violation to occur after the first violation has been corrected shall be deemed in violation of this subchapter and subject to the listed fines without a notice to abate for the period of one year after receiving the original notice to abate.
