(A) It shall be unlawful to harbor or keep any animal which disturbs the peace by loud noises at any time of the day or night.
(B) No person owning any animal shall suffer or permit such animal to disturb the peace and quiet of the neighborhood by barking, making other loud or unusual noises, or by running through, on, or across property owned by others.
