§ 71.24  STATE LAW REQUIREMENT.
   Only those persons who are permitted to operate snowmobiles, pursuant to state statutes, shall be allowed to operate snowmobiles within the village.

§ 71.25  SCOPE.
   By the enactment of this subchapter, the village does not mean to suggest or imply that the use for snowmobile purposes of highways outside of, but adjacent to, the village limit lines is permitted under law.

§ 71.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of §§ 71.01 through 71.07 shall be fined not less than $75 nor more than $500 for each offense. Any second or subsequent offense, in addition to a fine, shall result in revocation of the permit for a period of not less than one nor more than three years. To the extent that any violation of §§ 71.01 through 71.07 shall also constitute a violation of a criminal statute of the state, the violator shall also be subject to criminal prosecution.
   (B)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 71.20 through 71.25 shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $10 nor more than $100 for each offense.
