Golf carts/ATVs/UTVs may only be operated on the streets of the village by a driver who possesses a valid driver’s license, is 18 years of age or older, has obtained a village permit as specified herein below in § 71.06, and any golf cart/ATV/UTV operated on the village streets displays proof of current certification on the rear of the vehicle and is covered by the minimum liability insurance that the state requires of all passenger vehicles. Proof of insurance must be furnished to the village’s Police Department upon request.
