§ 51.999  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provisions of §§ 51.120 through 51.126 shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $500 for each offense.
   (B)   (1)   Any person found to be violating any provision of this chapter, except § 51.003, shall be served by the village with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in such notice, permanently cease all violations. The village may revoke any permit for sewage disposal as a result of any violation of any provision of this chapter.
      (2)   Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in division (B)(1) above shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction thereof, shall be fined in the amount between $25 and $500 for each violation. Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
      (3)   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall become liable to the village by reasons of such violation.
