§ 51.104 COMPUTATION OF WASTEWATER SERVICE CHARGE.

   (A)   The wastewater service charge shall be computed by the following formula.

   (B)   Where:

      (1)   CW = Amount of wastewater service charge per billing period;

      (2)   CC= Capital improvement charge (§ 51.100);

      (3)   CD = Debt service charge (§ 51.099);

      (4)   CM = Minimum charge for operation, maintenance, and replacement (§ 51.101);

      (5)   Vu = Wastewater volume for the billing period;

      (6)   X = Allowable consumption in gallons for the minimum charge (§ 51.101);

      (7)   CU = Basic user charge for operation, maintenance, and replacement (§ 51.098); and

      (8)   CS = Surcharges, if applicable (§ 51.094).
