§ 51.023  STATE REGULATIONS.
   After construction of collection and treatment facilities is completed, the type, capacities, location, and layout of a private sewage disposal system shall comply with all recommendations of the State of Private Sewage Disposal Licensing Act, 225 ILCS 225/1 et seq., and with the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.
