§ 96.05 MAPLEWOOD PARK REGULATIONS.
   (A)   Overnight camping shall be permitted at designated areas in Maplewood Park provided a park reservation form is completed and returned to the City Park Director at least 48 hours prior to the desired camping date, and provided the City Park Director approves the request for overnight camping. Park reservation forms are available at City Hall.
   (B)   The City Park Director shall not grant overnight camping privileges to any individual or group other than an organized group accompanied by adult leaders that request overnight camping privileges for activities of an educational nature directly related to the park's characteristics.
   (C)   Snowmobiles are prohibited in Maplewood Park.
   (D)   No fires shall be lighted or made in Maplewood Park except in a fireplace or fire ring provided for that purpose. Portable gas or liquid fueled camp stoves or charcoal burners may be used within a camping area provided such use does not create a hazardous or dangerous condition.
   (E)   Where refuse containers are provided they shall be used only for refuse generated in the area. In areas where refuse containers are not provided, refuse must be removed by the person(s) generating the refuse.

   (F)   (1)   It is unlawful to consume or possess intoxicating liquor or beer in an open container in any outside area zoned commercial district or in Maplewood Park unless the consumption or possession is in conjunction with a civic activity approved by the City Council.
      (2)   Permits for Maplewood Park may allow consumption or possession of intoxicating liquor or beer at the discretion of the Police Chief.
