§ 112.26 ONE CERTIFICATE LIMIT.

The Board reserves the right to issue only one certificate to any one person, and the person holding the certificate shall be required to operate his or her taxicab himself or herself and shall have no power or authority by virtue of his or her certificate to delegate the operation of the taxicab to any person without permission of the Board.
