§ 96.03  RECEPTACLES.
   (A)   Suitable receptacles shall be provided in all parking or access areas within the meaning of § 96.02 hereof.
   (B)   The receptacles shall be plainly marked and constructed to prevent the scattering of any trash, litter, rubbish or other materials deposited therein.
