§ 96.99  PENALTY.
   Any owner, lessee, tenant, occupant or person in charge of any commercial establishment or premises within the meaning of § 96.02 hereof who fails to abide by the provisions of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor offense, punishable as provided in G.S. § 14-4.
