§ 35.04 CARRYING CONCEALED WEAPONS.

(A) All police officers employed by the city, may carry concealed deadly weapons on or about their persons at all times within the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

(B) This section shall constitute the express authority mentioned in KRS 527.020(3).
