§ 35.03 PAYMENT FOR SERVICES RENDERED TO DISTRICT COURT.

All monies collected by or paid to the Chief of the Police Department or any officer thereof for services rendered to the Gallatin District Court or any person pursuant to KRS 95.740, shall be paid into the General Fund of the city treasury.
