§ 33.29 CONFIDENTIALITY OF TECHNICAL DATA AND TRADE SECRETS.

As permitted under KRS 61.878(1)(b) and § 34.12 of this Code of Ordinances, technical data and trade secrets information submitted by actual and prospective bidders are exceptions to the open records requirements and should be treated confidentially.
