§ 33.28 REJECTION OF BIDS, CONSIDERATION OF ALTERNATE BIDS AND WAIVER OF INFORMALITIES IN OFFERS.

The conditions for bidding shall be applicable to and incorporated in all invitations for bids. Failure to comply with such conditions shall be cause for rejection of the bid. The Council retains the right to waive any formalities on offers.
