The Warsaw Police Chief shall maintain a record of such false alarms/erroneous activations and/or connections and shall provide copies thereof to the City Clerk monthly. The City Clerk shall thereupon send a bill for the appropriate charges and assessed fees to the person or company who owns or controls the premises upon which the security alarm system is located. Upon nonpayment of said bill for a period of 30 days, the city shall be entitled to take any and all appropriate means to recover the assessed charge or fee; and to have any unauthorized security alarm system to be removed forthwith from the police dispatch center, if so connected.
