§ 98.03 FALSE ALARM/ERRONEOUS ACTIVATION OF SECURITY ALARM SYSTEM PROHIBITED.
   No person or company that owns or controls a premise located in the city shall permit a security alarm system to be erroneously activated, or to send a false alarm, on or at said premises or to undergo a false alarm.
