§ 153.02 MOBILE HOMES TO BE LOCATED ONLY IN MOBILE HOME PARKS; EXCEPTION.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to construct, erect, establish, move upon, situate, place, park, place upon foundations, or use trailers or mobile homes within the city limits from and after the date of the enactment of this section except within and upon a lawfully constructed and licensed mobile home park within said city.
   (B)   There is excepted from the requirements of division (A) above the temporary establishment of a mobile home or trailer upon or within a business zone within the city, as defined in the zoning code, for a period of not more than 90 days provided, however, that the establishment of the mobile home shall be allowed only after a petition is filed with the City Council and only upon issuance of temporary permits by the City Council for a stated number of days. The petition shall be issued only for legitimate business use or office space, but not for residence or occupancy purposes.
