§ 130.03 NUDITY IN PUBLIC PLACES.
   (A)   As used in this section, the term PUBLIC PLACE shall have the same definition as the term PUBLIC PLACE is defined in K.R.S. 525.010.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for a person to appear in any public place in such a manner or attire as to expose to view any portion of the pubic area, anus, vulva or genitals, or any simulation thereof, or for any female to appear in such manner or attire as to expose to view the portion of the breast below a horizontal line across the top of the areola at its highest point or simulation thereof. This definition shall include the entire lower portion of the female breast, but shall not include any portion of the cleavage of the human female breast exhibited by a dress, blouse, shirt, leotard, bathing suit, or other wearing apparel provided the areola is not exposed in whole or in part.
   (C)   Pursuant to K.R.S. 83A.065(2) the offense of violating the terms of this section is designated as a misdemeanor and a criminal fine not to exceed the amount set forth in K.R.S. 534.040(2)(a), or a term of imprisonment not to exceed the periods set forth in K.R.S. 532.090(1), or both, may be imposed for the offense.
