(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation or other business entity to engage in any occupation or business activity, within the limits of the city, unless such person, firm, or corporation or other business entity shall have first procured from the City Clerk-Treasurer a license to do so and paid the annual license fee of $50 to the City Clerk-Treasurer.
(B) Pursuant to KRS 137.410 there is hereby established a license fee of $10 per annum upon each coin-operated amusement machine, and also any electrically operated machine operated as a game or for pleasure and entertainment by the general public.
