§ 96.03 INOPERABLE VEHICLES.
   (A)   No person shall leave any partially dismantled, inoperable, wrecked, or junked vehicle, including, but not limited to, automobiles, trucks, boats, trailers, or campers on any street or highway, or within the city.
   (B)   No person in charge or control of any property within the city, whether as owner, tenant, occupant, lessee, or otherwise, shall allow any partially dismantled, non-operating, wrecked, junked, or discarded vehicle, including, but not limited to, automobiles, trucks, boats, trailers, or campers, to remain on the property longer than seven days: and no person shall leave any such vehicle, including, but not limited to, automobiles, trucks, boats, trailers, or campers on any property within the city for a longer time than seven days.
   (C)   Division (B) above shall not apply with regard to a vehicle in an enclosed building, a vehicle on the premises of a business enterprise operated in a lawful place and manner when necessary to the operation of the business enterprise, or a vehicle in an appropriate storage place or depository maintain in a lawful place and manner by the city.
