§ 92.26 ALTERNATIVE LEGAL ACTIONS.
The City Attorney may, upon his own motion or upon request of the Codes Enforcement Officer institute appropriate action to restrain, enjoin, abate, remove, or otherwise, correct any violation of this chapter, and to take such other legal action as may be necessary or appropriate to carry out the terms and intent of this chapter. The legal remedies provided for in this chapter shall be cumulative and not exclusive, and shall be in addition to any other remedied provided by law. Any and all legal remedies may be pursued concurrently or consecutively, and the pursuit of any legal remedy shall not be construed as a waiver of the right to pursue any other legal remedy.
