§ 31.23 MAYOR PRO TEM.
   (A)   The position of Mayor Pro Tem shall be created pursuant to KRS 83A.130.
   (B)   The positions of Mayor Pro Tem shall be filled by the Council member receiving the largest vote totals in the preceding election.
