§ 90.18 ACCUMULATION OF ODOR-CAUSING SUBSTANCE.

It shall be unlawful for any person permit the accumulation of any substance or substances upon the premises owned, occupied, or under his control, which causes a foul or obnoxious odor to be discharged into the air or water so as to unreasonably disturb any other persons.
