§ 90.12 APPLICABILITY OF STATE LAW.

No person owning or having in his custody any animal shall violate any laws, rules, or regulations of the state applicable thereto. These state laws, rules, and regulations are included herein by reference. When the provisions of the state regulations are less restrictive than the provisions of this chapter, the latter shall govern.
