(A) No person shall park or permit a motor vehicle to be parked in the following locations. This schedule shall only be effective during the hours between 9:30 p.m. and the following 6:00 a.m. Parking will be permitted during these hours only by motor vehicles whose occupants are, during the period, in attendance at an officially sponsored or sanctioned school activity or sporting event of the Gallatin County Board of Education.
Street or Location
Any part of the area of the city, bounded as follows:
(1) On the north by the center line of U.S. Highway 42.
(2) On the south by the property of the Gallatin Co. School grounds.
(B) Any person violating this schedule shall be fined as set forth in § 72.99. Each 24-hour period shall constitute a separate offense.
