§ 51.175 SEWER HOOKUPS FOR SECOND GENERATION HOMEOWNERS.

Any person who owned a home at the time the city sewer system was installed, and remains the owner of that property, shall pay the full $400 hookup fee at the time hookup is requested to be installed at that location. Any previous home owner who did not advise the new owner that the property is not connected to the city sewer system shall not be given back more than the $400 sewer connection fee.
