(A) All building sewers which connect either directly or indirectly into the wastewater treatment system under the management of the city shall be inspected by and subject to testing under the supervision of the city or its designated representative.
(B) All sewers which will connect either directly or indirectly into the wastewater treatment system under the management of the city which are to be constructed by any person shall be inspected by and subject to the testing under the supervision of the city or its designated representative.
