§ 51.149 SANITARY SEWERS IN SUBDIVISIONS UNDER CONSTRUCTION.

(A) Sanitary sewers in subdivisions under construction shall be sealed where they connect to the existing sewers. This work shall be done only in the presence of a city inspector or Operator.

(B) After construction has been completed and the sewers in the subdivision have been tested and found to be substantially completed and operational, the seal(s) shall be removed by the developer in the presence of a city inspector or Operator.
