§ 51.148 LEAKAGE CHECK.
   All sewers that discharge to the city wastewater treatment works either directly or indirectly, shall be subjected to a leakage check. This test shall be an air test of normal standard specifications. The entire cost of the test(s) shall be borne by the contractor and/or city or developer.
