§ 51.147 WORKMANSHIP AND MATERIALS; DEFECTS.
   All workmanship and all materials furnished shall comply with the requirements of the approved plans and specifications. If at any time within one year after the date of the final inspection, any defect should appear, which in the opinion of the city is due to inferior materials or workmanship the developer guarantees that he will do immediately, without cost to the city, whatever is necessary to remedy the defects. The city will notify the developer in writing of the defects and the repairs to be made and the developer agrees to begin the repairs within ten days from the date of notice. If the developer fails to begin repairs within ten days, the city may forthwith cause the defects to be remedied and charge the cost and expense thereof to the developer.
