§ 51.139 MANHOLE PLACEMENT.

Manholes shall be placed at intersections of two or more sewers; at changes of size of pipe, alignment, or grades at the head end of the sewer; at curves on sewers (beginning or end) 30 inches in diameter and larger; and at intermediate intervals. Maximum spacing shall be 400 feet.
