(A) Concept approval of proposed wastewater treatment works shall become void if plans for detailed review have not been submitted within 12 months from the date of the concept approval letter.
(B) Detailed approval of proposed wastewater treatment works shall become void if construction has not commenced within 12 months (and completed within 36 months) from the date of the approval for construction letter. Concept and detailed approval may be extended by the Mayor for a period not to exceed 12 months.
