§ 51.055 CLAIMS FOR EXEMPTION FROM CHARGES.
   Claims for exemption from the sewerage service charge because of nonavailability of sewers may be made in writing to the city, giving Water Department account and meter numbers. Exemptions from the charge will be effective only from and after such application had been investigated and approved by the city.
