(A) The schedule of monthly water rates to be paid by users for services rendered by the municipal water works and distribution system of the city is hereby officially ordained and approved as follows, plus any applicable tax thereon:

(B) (1) Sewer Rates: Within the city limits:

(2) Sewer Rates: Outside the city limits:

(C) (1) All persons connecting to the city water system shall henceforth pay a tap fee of $1,000, plus 100% of the city’s cost of any road push for a ¾-inch meter and a meter deposit of $150 shall be paid prior to the providing of water service. All persons connecting to the city sewer system shall henceforth pay a tap fee of $1,000, plus 100% of the city’s cost of any road push.
(2) A property owner may request the termination of water service to a property and thereby avoid the monthly fee, minimum or otherwise. When and if that property is reconnected to the water system a new reconnection fee will be required as stated therein.
(D) All connections to the water system requiring one inch or larger meter shall be charged the cost of installation of such meter plus any parts needed for larger meter.
(E) Upon adequate notice from the water and sewer customer, a water and sewer bill may be adjusted to reflect the use of large quantities of water for swimming pools only and said adjustment may reflect nonuse of the sewer system for that volume of water.
(F) Water sold to the Gallatin County Water District, in bulk, shall be sold at a rate of $1.25 per thousand gallons.
(G) All persons or entities connecting any type of building to the sewer system by connecting into any pipe, manhole, line or facilities comprising the “Smuggler’s Cove Sewer Extension and Facilities,” or any pipe, manhole, line or facilities flowing therein, shall pay a capital recovery fee of $1,000 at the time connection is made and service provided.
