§ 37.01 USE OF CITY HALL.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person or group of persons, corporation, company, partnership, or association to occupy or use the city hall for any purpose not directly related to the health, welfare, education, recreation, government, or entertainment of the general public of the city.
   (B)   The City Council may grant permission to use the city hall for any specific purpose to any person or group of persons that proves to the satisfaction of the City Council that is has in force insurance that would pay any liability arising from any personal injury or property damage occurring at or in connection with its use of the city hall.
   (C)   Any person or group of persons granted permission to use the city hall in accordance with this section shall deposited with the City Clerk-Treasurer a check for $25 payable to the City of Warsaw, Kentucky to cover the cost of damage and clean-up. Said deposit to be refunded if the person or persons return the building to the state of repairs and cleanliness prevailing immediately prior to usage of the building by person or group of persons.
