521.12 BURIALS.
   (a)   No person shall bury or inter or assist in the burial or interment of the body of any dead person within the Municipality.
(Ord. 1946-35. Passed 5-22-46.)
   (b)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
