(a) No person shall solicit another person to sell any controlled substance.
(b) This section does not apply to manufacturers, practitioners, pharmacists, owners of pharmacies, and other persons whose conduct is in accordance with Ohio R.C. Chapter 3719. 4715, 4729, 4731 and 4741 or to any activity prohibited by Ohio R.C. Chapter 2925.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of soliciting drug sales, a misdemeanor of the first degree.
