505.14 HINDERING LAWFUL CAPTURE OF ANIMALS.

No person shall obstruct or interfere with anyone lawfully engaged in capturing an unlicensed dog or any animal found to be in violation of this chapter, or making an examination of a dog wearing a tag. (Ord. 2024-007. Passed 1-16-24.)
