381.05 APPLICATION; MISREPRESENTATION.

It shall be unlawful and an offense for any person, association, firm or corporation to misrepresent the kind and character of any landing field to be operated or any other fact or statement made in an application for a permit hereunder. Any misrepresentation made for the purpose of avoiding the provisions of this chapter shall be cause for revocation of permit.
