No person shall park a vehicle on business premises located in Class U-4, Class U-5, Class U-6 or Special Use premises when the business premises is closed for the day's business operation, unless such parking is necessary to the business premises permitted use. This section shall not apply to automotive service stations, in that the regulation of vehicle parking in automotive service stations is controlled by Section 1141.05 of the Planning and Zoning Code.
